The baby had a strong heart beat. I am 6,weeks instead of 7. Thanks for the comments!
I'm 19w5d today and only had mild symptoms throughout. I never got nauseous. Mostly when I was at 6w I was extremely fatigued, stuffy nose, and had some breast soreness. I was terrified that not having big, classic symptoms was a sign of doom, as some websites say that morning sickness is a sign of a "strong" pregnancy. My OB told me otherwise. Your hormone levels and pregnancy can be perfectly healthy, and part of it is that everyone reacts differently. I'm on my first (and probably only), but for women who are pregnant multiple times, each time can be very different.
Good luck with the ultrasound and for a happy and healthy pregnancy.
I had zero symptoms with my now three year old. This time (I'm tentatively 7 weeks - viability ultrasound in 2 hours!), I am ridiculously tired, and slightly nauseous on and off throughout the day. Totally different experience than last time.
