Hi I am 5 wks and for 6 days I did not sleep at all but Tuesday was the worse I woke at my normal 2am but didn't go back to sleep till 5am then up at 7am. I did alot of research I too ahve taken b6 for years but after talking with my DR and reading I decided to try and deal with it with food. I had a bath to relax glass of soya milk, and a banana which is packed with B6 and b vits plus loads of other stuff, last night I slept like a bay till 6am but then woke worried because i feel so well today!!! Can't win. Good luck hope you sleep well tonight, try and relax ur mind

Ahh, bless your heart momma, sounds like you've got your hands full!!

The first trimester can be the worst with fatigue/sickness.  There are safe over the counter sleep aids you can take...unisom is safe--along with vit B6 supplements to curb the nausea.  It worked for me, maybe not for all.  Check with your OB!
