Yes it really does. Try Gatorade or another sports drink. You need to replenish your electrolytes
My doc also recommended popsicles, Jello, juice, Gatorade, or other drink mixes like lemonade and tea. Water did the save thing to me, and even now I still supplement my water intake with these other things.
Omg....I thought I was the only 1 & that maybe it was in my head!
Im now drinkin coconut water and aloe water...i dont feel nauseous after...every morning i have someone to drop off freshly picked coconuts for me :)
Aloe is supposed to be good for heart burn as well. Just fyi
