he he Tanker is so funny :O)
I personally like it with 1 s....but no matter how you spell it others will SCREW it up....
saRAYa gets her named screwed up all the time.  I actually almost kissed a guy at the airport that sait it right.  People will associate it with what they know and NOT think LOL
I even had someone tell me the thought is was pronounced SaRYEa because of papaya
I said NOPE RAY is RAY not rye LOL...Just one of those things that will probably ALWAYS happen I have gotten used to correcting people :O) and I tell them to remember think she is our lil RAY of sunshine...so think up somethin cute to help them remember :O)

I say, Mommy gets her way!!

I say don't make a big deal about it now and then once you are in hard labor make him agree. :)

I like it either way, but even if you use 2'S then you can always correct them with the correct pronunciation. Once your used to calling her name the way you like then others will too.

My instinct is to let dh have his way on this one but i don't know, meli.  It's such a beautiful name.  I know many moons ago when I had my first dd, I let my ex-dh have his way w/her middle name and it turned out to be good.  Parissa or Parisa - i like your spelling better (I'm being wishy-washy today ;-0)
