16 day late on period . and scared

Ok I'm 14. y Period is Usally On Time. But I Beleive It Was Late Last Month. I was Expetin On The 8th Of June. on The 16th I Took Two Pregnacy Test. Even Though I am Not Sexually Active. Me And My Boyfriend Just Play Around.  both came Back Negitave . It Is Now The 24th of June . And still No Period. I Dont Have Soreness . i Do Get A little Cramping Some ornings As if I Was Going To Start. But It Doesnt happen . I Stress About every Day . my Mom Says If I Didnt Have Sex i wouldnt Have Anything to Worry About. but SOmeone Please Help!

Well that's not exactly true. Any sexual acts that involve genital to genital contact risk pregnancy. For example, if a male ejaculates directly on your vagina you can become pregnant - sperm swim.

However, you're 14 - still a child. Your body is going to change for many years to come, as will your cycle. You have nothing to worry about. If you are though (and at 14 you should be concerned with more than 'playing around') you might wanna consider waiting until you're better able to handle the risks and what those can mean.

he wiped pre sperm on my panties before . but it wasn't a lot . i got really mad at him . so can that cause it . but if i took a est a week ago i sould be good right ?? but he did this on the 10th even tho is was late

Okay, let me rephrase then, you either have to have bare genital contact, or ejaculate near the vagina to even have a possibility of pregnancy, if neither of these occured, there is no possibility of pregnancy, even these are rare to get someone pregnant, there are people that try to conceive for years, months, and don't succeed, having actual unprotected sex.
