Is this possible?

I had my mirena moved 6/19. I had it for 3 years with no period and no bleeding from removal. I have sex almost every day with fiancee. I had odd symptoms a couple days ago. I took an equate early test and had a faint like that was blue. I took the second one and there was blue but I couldn't see the blue line all the way down. Is this even possible? I did not start birth control after iud removal.

It's possible you are pregnant, although if you just had the IUD removed on the 19th- you would have to be in the very early stages.  I'd wait another week and take another test to see- you may also want to go with a red dye test over a blue dye- the blue dye can be much harder to read.
