A few weeks ago I was with my boyfriend, we had some friction and we both had our clothes on (two layers, underwear and jean pants) at some point he "adjusted" his penis but he never put it inside his clothes, it was just outside Then he inserted his finger into my vagina, could that cause a pregnancy? Touching on the clothes and the precum has penetrated the clothes?
No, you can not get pregnant through clothes. Ever. Period. A penis needs to enter a vagina for pregnancy.
