Can touching a wet spot on jeans and then myself cause a pregnancy?

Hi! I know you guys are tired of answering "immature" questions such as this one but if you may, can someone please try to explain? I haven't have sex, wow, neither have I been naked in front of my boyfreind. The most "sexual" thing we've done is basically make out. Now I know making out can't get you pregnant but if pre ejaculate passed through 2 layers of clothing( underwear and denim jeans) and made like "a wet spot" kind of not saturated either, and why im worried...if I touched the wet spot and then touched my self ( I didn't go all the way up either) would this impose a pregnancy risk? My hand or genitals never had skin to skin contact.... And my hand never really felt wet and sticky as I assume precum would feel like, but if I touched the wetspot then sperm will still be there right? Can sperm even penetrate through 2 layers of clothing and still make it out alive in my hand? I've seen similar questions to mine but the awnsers are unclear and wish to ask it my self. Thank you :').

It's not 'immature' to ask.  It's just a lack of sex education.  So, hey, we just supply it. :>)  A penis really needs to enter the vagina for conception to take place.  Sperm is smart but not 'that' smart. Sperm can't get you pregnant through clothes, one layer or two.  Humping is not a way people get pregnant.
