Could I be pregnant?

I've been on the pill consistently, I have not missed any doses, and I always take it at the exact same time of day. Two months ago, my period was a few days late, and much lighter than usual, and around that time I started feeling nauseous. I didn't want to eat ANYTHING for about three weeks. But when the nausea lifted, I was ravenous, although I still felt a strong aversion to certain foods. The nausea has gone away, but two months later I still have a strong aversion to certain types of foods that I normally enjoy. I have since had another period, also lighter and shorter than usual, but on time. Lately I've been feeling these odd sensations in my abdomen, like something is inside, poking me. It happens several times a day now, and it feels nothing like any gas or digestion that I've ever experienced. I feel it a couple of inches below my navel. I've also been having soreness in my hip joints, which I've never experienced, but my sister had the same pain when she was pregnant.

I have used four over the counter home pregnancy tests total during the first month, and all were negative. Is it possible that I could be pregnant?
