Buy her a mug that says "best grandma ever!" Put a bow on it and a balloon tied to the handle and leave it on her kitchen table/living room & leave before she sees it... then wait for the phone call :) lol

.....unless she already has grandkids. Then that wouldnt work. I like your idea tho! Its cute :)
