Has anyone experienced preg symptoms a couple days after conception?

I was just wondering if anyone has ever experienced what they thought to be pregnancy symptoms right after conception(before implantation) and they actually turned out to be pregnant? Just curious.

Its been five days since ihad unprotected sex twice on one of my fertile days, and now have experienced weird stomach sounds like gurgling and loud growling. I also was told by my doctors that I could get pregnant easier than most people due to my hormone levels. I pee frequently, but I cannot test to see if I am pregnant for another week and a half. I had sex on the 2nd of July, unprotected. I know it was only a week ago but my stomach has been killing me. My period isn't due till around the 25th. But I havn't been eating what I usually do, and i'm very tired. Can this mean I have an STD or i'm prego...Please help.
