Help! Recently off B.C., No Periods, White Discharge. Pregnant???

Alright, back in mid-August this year I got my Birth Control, Implanon, removed because it was near-dead. Afterward I took some birth control pills but not as regularly as I should have. After that, I had unprotected sex with my Fiance, and have been doing so since then to now. I have had NO periods since the Implanon was removed. (During which I had it in for 3 years, and I had an almost constant period. Almost. My Doctor told me it was normal, so there was no real worries about that.) I have had a white, creamy discharge every once in a while, with an almost wet chalky feel to it, and have always been sorta thick. My stomach doesn't feel any bigger, I have cramps once in a while, very mild, headaches, and a few other issues. These include constant urges to use the restroom, what feels kinda like growing pains in my legs and arms, high breast sensitivity, and slightly uncomfortable pain(ish) during sex, but this is rare, and not all that bothersome. I am not quite sure what this is, but I was wondering if it could possibly be a pregnancy? Any help would be amazing, and if you have questions, I'd love to answer them.

So wait till you do (I imagine you should soon, depending on your pay period) and see a doctor then. When you go, make sure to have a quantitative blood test done to find out your hCG levels.

It's not that I don't have money, just don't have it at this moment, and it's just that I don't have insurance.

If you're sexually active, it's always possible--especially if you're not using protection. Symptoms do not mean anything though, and are completely unreliable. You need to take a pregnancy test or find a way to see a doctor. If you don't have money or insurance you should reconsider having unprotected sex, because children cost 10x what a doctor's visit would.

I would wait a few more days if AF still hasn't shown up. And use FMU

If still negative, go see your Dr.

Update; Also, I usually smoke Marlboro cigarettes, but recently, the taste of them has made me feel sick. I had to quit them, and now smoke menthols. I used to hate menthols. =.=U
My Fiance noticed I go to the bathroom a lot more then usual, though I didn't think anything of it until now.
Part of the growing pains-like issue is I cant sit still without my back acheing, and feeling like I need to lay down. I was wondering if that was a problem or a hint as well.
Any ideas?

I've taken... At least four, all Negative. I've also heard some women have been pregnant, and always gotten Negative on their store bought tests... I also have no Health insurance, or I would go to a Hospital. =[
