Is posterior knee pain/upper thigh pain an early sign of pregnancy?

I have had two negative home pregnancy tests, have had 2 periods (one light, one heavy)since I last had sexual activity and don't really feel anything aside from this pain just above the back of my knee sometimes.

You know, I'll just say no.  You've done the right thing by testing after having strange periods but you got negatives.  Doubtful that you are pregnant with that.  Rarely does a pregnant woman not register enough hcg on the test to geta positive if she is indeed pregnant and tested 2.5 weeks after the sexual episode.  Hope your knee gets better.
