On the pill but missed 2, missed period, negative test

i've been taking birth control for about 4 years, and this month I missed 2 (n.7 and 21)
I finished a pack on tuesday, and my period was due saturday, but instead had a couple of drops on tuesday so my boyfriend and I had sex and it stopped, and than the "spotting" started again during the entire weekend (just drops, only used a panty liner)
took 2 pregnancy test (its been 5 days since I was supposed to start my period), one in the morning and the other a couple of hours later and both negative.
my stomach is irritated and I feel like vomiting most of the day (but I haven't), my boyfriend says its due to stress, cause I don't have any nausea.
other than that I feel pretty normal (so stressed I lost my appetite, no cramps, no excessive urination) it's just that I have a really bad feeling about this, i've never missed a period.

could I be pregnant?
Thank you!

If it turns out negative in a week or so, am I completely safe? I can't bring myself into calling my gyn for an appointment...

I think you should probably make an appointment with a doctor to make sure you're not pregnant but I know that missing the pill could throw your hormones off which would mess with your period. But if your doctor did a blood test they would be able to tell you for sure . Good luck

There's always the possibility..you need to try really hard not to stress..I would say since you've already tested, you probably need to make an appointment with your doctor and let them test you.or you could just wait a week or so and test again with first morning urine.good luck!
