Pregnancy chance with underwear and panty liner

Dear friends,

I'm a 27 ears old male and I suffer with an Obcessive Compulsive Disorder an everitime I have a sexual encontre I started in panic.

This time, I've stayed with a 45 years old woman and I dind't have condoms so I dind't penetrate her in anykind of way, but there was an acident that is worring me.

I was fully naked withou underwear, and she only had a very thin lace thong with a pantiliner inside (which I think is made specially for thong) and she never took them.

I've sucked her breats and put my penis on them, but she tried sometimes to make frottage or to rub/hump me, and when she was aproaching to my penis I've pulled my underwear up from (which was at the time in the height of my knees) in order to protect and cover my pennis.

I really don't remember well if I even have touched her vagina, because I was so afraid that I've pulled her slighty away from my pennis. But since I'm afraid, I would like to know if:

1- Could I have catched HIV or another desease if my bare pannis touched her vagina with the thong and the pantiliner?

2- If my precum touched the thong with the pantiliner that was covering her vagina , or if the precum touched an area near the vagina could she get pregnant since she is 45 years old?

The common sense tells me that I'm exaggerating too much and that ther isn't a problem at all with this two situations, but I really need to hear your oppinion since I'm very scared and I cannot eat or sleep at night.

These situations are extreme to the point of crazy. The odds of pregnancy IF there might have been pre-ejaculation are slim to none. I encourage you to educate yourself more on pregnancy and conception before you decide in engage in anymore sexual activities so you know better the odds and chances of pregnancy.

your common sense is correct. you need to have penetrative sex on a fertile day for her to get pregnant, and with her age she may actually naturally be unfertile. i understand the stress but maybe you should educate yourself on sex, so you can relax & enjoy it without this anxiety afterwards. maybe chat to your doctor about the anxiety, worrying to the point you can not eat or sleep is very unhealthy. good luck
