Possibly Pregnant??

I know that everyone's experience with pregnancy is different. Some show symptoms and some don't.
I was on birth control pills for a couple of months, but in March I was a bit wishy washy taking them due to unfortunate circumstances. It was the same in the beginning of April. Then I eventually quit taking them. On April 13th, I had intercourse, unprotected. The next week for 6/7 days, I had my menstrual cycle (April 21-26). Then, on May 5-6, I was spotting. (Could it possibly be implantation bleeding?) I was due to have my menstrual this week. The week is now over. I've gained 4lbs in one week. I'm always tired due to the fact that I have a thyroid disease; so I cannot say much about my sleeping habits. I bought a pregnancy test but to be honest, I don't want to take one until the month is over.
That $15 that I spent on that test could be great right back in my pocket. Lol.

Is it possible that I'm pregnant?

I agree, you can use the test and it should give you an accurate result. Try to use your 1st morning urine (it's the most concentrated) just to be on the safe side. If not you can always take a trip to your doctor and have them check it out. Good luck!
