just turned 40............my greatest dream has been to get pregnant but so far it has not happended!!! For the first time in years and years my periods are over a week late? I have endometriosis and one ovary and tube...........is there any hope that I could be pregnant?? Please ........how I wish God could do this for me!!! Viola

P.S. three pregnancy tests are negative.........one Clear Blue and two cheaper ones...............

It's important that you go to the doctor to have blood work done so that they can see what is going on because you are a week late. it's rare but some woman get negative hpt test and get a positive blood test and that way the dr can give you supplements for your hcg which may not be doubling like it should. or it could something else the reason your cycle hasn't come
