Like she said all women are different when it comes to your symptoms but mine was eating strange things that I wouldn't eat before and then around 6weeks the morning sickness kicked in.

I had really sore boobs 6 weeks preg and increased appetite and morning sickness and tiredness

Depends on the person. Every woman experiences different symptoms and some dont experience any at all. For me it was fatigue, increased appetite, increased urination, headache, mood swings, sore throat, and boobs grew larger.
