I had sex with my boyfriend about 3 weeks ago a little after I got a uti and got it treated then I started my period  but I'm taking my pill everyday at the same time and I started my period 2 weeks earlier then it stopped and I've been getting symptoms of pregnancy for 1 week but today I have been having brown discharge the same month, what could that be?

Hu!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that the brownish discharge is probably old blood that is draining slowly.  The pill can cause pregnancy symptoms.  It never hurts to check a pregnancy test though. You should keep taking the pill unless you have a positive pregnancy test.  Eventually you will resume a cycle.
Good luck!
