Oh and cramping in early pregnancy is normal, to a certain point. It's typically not good if your in excruitating pain but dull-light cramps are to be expected.

I had dull cramps and sometimes sharp ones, usually on my left side. Idk about yours but my period cramps usually feel like I have two strings tied to my ovaries and someones pulling them really close together haha, I could definatly tell the difference.

Take a test! The little white bumps (i'm assuming on your nippies) are called montegomery glands, 3 reasons women get them are hormone imbalance, pregnancy, and tanning (I know thats a weird one). The spotting sounds like implantation bleeding, which happens about 5-10 after the sperm fertilizates the egg. Both things happen to me when I was pregnant, you definatly sound pregnant. Btw, whatever you do don't try popping those white bumpy, pimple looking things haha. They'll get bigger and it might scar.

Definitely take a pregnancy test, I've heard that upon conception it can cause spotting. Good luck
