I'm 33 weeks and I walk 2.5 with my husband each night.  Another 2 miles to get to work. Then i am on my feet for five hours a day at my job at the bakery walking and moving the entire time. .... way too active

At least 3 every time I go to work - definitely get my walking in, being a nurse. On my days off I don't measure but going for walks or swimming or cleaning the house or just generally roughhousing with my 3-year-old (plus, occasionally, getting busy with my husband) gets me lots of exercise. There are plenty of ways to stay active!

I was doing good but stopped. Trying to start back up. About 1 and 1/2. I run half and walk half. I also do Atleast 1 usually 3 days hiking about 2 miles with my son and husband on his days off. They both love the outdoors and it's free.
