Dilation?

I'm 36 weeks and I'm not dilated at all I wanted to know how can I help myself dilate atleast 1cm without sex. Any suggestions??

I'm 39 weeks and only 1 cm dialted :(

Sometimes when they do a membrane sweep it helps too. But congrats and goodluck your getting closer everyday

I went this week and im 37 weeks already and not yet dialated. With my first baby i went overdue and i would do so much to dialate but i think its just when your baby is ready to come. I did notice that towards the end i started having sex more and it helped me a little But i still got induced

Thanks so by,37 weeks is there anything I can try or how would it go if I don't dilate at all? Do they get me to dilate some how

I'm 36 weeks also and was told today I'm not dialated but my cervix is thinning

I was 1 day from 36 weeks and my doctor told me I was prematurely dilated and I needed to stop having sex...it's probably best your not dilated yet...
