could early pregnancy signs be breast tenderness,yawning,shortness of breath,restless sleep,tiredness?

Thanks Samanthasmommy and MiaMaris.Am just a bit confused with this reactions in my body because i had a chemical pregnancy last month.Missed my period in Nov,with early pregnancy symptoms(nausea,tiredness,headaches,periodlike cramping etc) but saw it again on the 3rd of Dec.Guess i have ovulated because my breast are so tender and my libido is a bit high,wit period like cramps.
