i have lost my weight
i used to have 50 kgs but dont know due to what reasons i have reduced my weight
to 42 kgs now and look so slim.
all this had added weakness to my health too. wht shuld i do, shell i go for nutrient supplements like endura mass.
i dont like eating so often and has lot of physical work to do.
