White rice isnt that great if you're diabetic. Try brown rice or a whole grain next time. White rice breaks down too quickly and can spike your blood sugar, same with flavored yogurt.

Read labels... if sugar or high fructose corn syrup is one of the first 3 ingredients don't eat the product. Reduce starches like white bread white rice potatoes pastas. Ask your Dr for more information.
Fasting blood sugar should be less than 90. So before breakfast check and it should be below 90. One hr after eating blood sugar should be below 140.
It's a little high. I was told blood sugar shouldn't be over 129. Like Hannover said take a walk that will help lower your blood sugar. I was told a 20 minute walk can drop your blood sugar by 20 pts :) . Next time don't eat the yogurt and the rice cake at the same. Time. It's all about finding what combinations work and don't work :)
They told me I'm not suppose to be over 125. If you're over, drink water and walk around.
