0 dilated! !

So I just got bak from.my dr. He said im not dilated at all! At 38 weeks.  Does that mean meeting is far away ? Has anyone experienced this and had their baby early?

I was 39 weeks 3 days and was high up and closed. Dr couldn't even check to see if I wad dilated because of how high I was. The next day I lost my mucus plug, two days after that I woke up with contractions at 1am and by 11:30 am I was holding my baby. I went from never 0-10 quickly on my own. It could happen to you. Dont worry about if you are dialted or not. When your baby is ready to come your body will go into labor without it mattering if you are dialted or not.

Get induce why. It gotta be a c-section im 39 and getting induce and ive been at 1 1/2 for weeks.

I'm 39 weeks on Saturday and I've been dilated to a 1 for the last few weeks. If I don't progress by Thursday then I'll get a C section.

What she is saying is that yes dialation matters but, you can go from 0 cm to 3+ in a couple hours.

Ummm dialationdoes mean almost everything i would just try to walk about be more active also maybe if uour with a guy have some sex im thirty nine weeks tomorrow and i was betweek one to two cm my last appointment but how soft you cervix is matters it all matter especially with your first baby but every pregnancy is different so you could have dialation fast but dialation still means everything

Last week was my 39 week appointment and i wasnt dilated at all..today went to the docs 2 days passed my due date and my doctor said my cervix is barely even thinned out. So yea it ***** ha
