11 weeks cramping.....

I have been having quite a bit of cramping with this pregnancy but not for the past 2 weeks or so now.... I have been taking it pretty easy because the cramping is scary. So tonight I decide my house really needs a good cleaning all I did was vaccum, dishes and dusting and now I am having cramping.... Is this a sign that I should be taking it easy can this cause misscarrages? What's the likely hood of loosing a baby at 11 weeks?
Thanks for the help

hi...i am 8 weeks pregnant and was cramping too, my doctor said it was completely ok since in your first trimester your muscles of the uterus is expanding and theres alot going on in there, as long as you dont bleed you should be fine. my doctor also said that regular cramps are pretty normal unless if if it is a period like cramp then you should report to the doc immediately.  avoid lifting heavy weight, and bending....in your first trimester you need to be really careful.
congratulations :)

It's normal to cramp....your uterus is stretching and things are moving to make room for your baby. I still would take the cramping as a sign to rest though. After the 12th week..your odds of miscarriage go down a lot. You should be fine...just take it easy or take little breaks between the fun chores.
