Take a hot shower or bath, if you dont have one yet, get a body pillow, relax your mind and either read your self to sleep or listen to relaxing muisc, i cant sleep because my little boy is wide awake and kicking like crazy!! Lol
so do i! have a hot drink before bed like hot milk or something, dont watch tv or use any electronics an hour before bed, make sure the room is perfectly dark, get comfortable and make sure your the right temperature and it should help. i dont really know anything else, itd our hormones keeping us up and its not like we can turn them off
Take Tylenol PM or benadryl, both are safe while pregnant and both will help you sleep better at night
