Is there anything you guys have done to help with anxiety and not like oh I have anxiety like ANXIETY shaking and crying when it gets bad causing wicked bad headaches and zero appitite. It will last for day and come about from any little thing that upsets me. I'm used to the shaking and panic as I've had it all my life. I won't take anything cause of being pregnant and I don't want to hurt the baby. But I can't see it being healthy to be laying in bed, sleeping and crying a majority of my pregnancy so far. Any advice? I've tried showering and yoga and walking but it doesn't help. It's the worst when I'm home alone, I can't be alone I get so antsy and anxious.
