Late Period - Negative Test
Hi, I was expecting the arrival of AF 2 days ago (26 day cycle) however sometimes it can be a 27 days cycle so also yesterday but she still hasn't shown. I've done many HPT but still negative. My BBT is still high and over the cover line. Since CD25, I've been having AF sysmptoms. Today they're not as bad though. I keep running to the bathroom cos I think they're here. I've had lower backache since 3dpo and tender bbs from 3dpo to 10dpo only slightly tender now. Sometimes, I'm convinced that I can see more blue veins, sometimes they look normal.... really confused about that..lol. Anybody got any suggestions as to what I should do. Has anyone had a late positive HPT with a cycle of 26/27 days or am I going cookcoo? This morning I had slight diarrhea. (sorry for the specifics). Oh, I've been dizzy most of the time but my husband says that that is not unusual for me..lol. Do you think that I should see my gyno.? or should I wait for another few days? I'm reading about ladies with positive HPT after 9dpo but now I'm on 15dpo. Sorry, I know that when I ovulated cos I suffer from Mittelschmerz and also the day after I had an appointment with my gyno. and he confirmed ovulation so that's how I know defo. that I'm 15dpo. Please any help would be greatly appreciated because if there is something wrong with me, I'd like to get it checked out quicker rather than leave it too late.

Well no period today...the day I expected it, maybe tomorrow. Hopefully not! Haha well a newer symptom would be aching all over ugh I cannot get comfortable at night and just wake up sooo sore. Still urinating very often. I'm hoping it's not something else! But geez I just don't know
Aww that's too bad but good luck for next month for sure. I got myself to not take a test this morning yay for me lol so we'll see if my AF does come...I guess I'm just trying not to think about it ya know. Alright well we'll see what happens then!
Well news is that my temp is still above coverline this morning but AF definitely came. Don't feel too disappointed about it because deep down I knew and my DH is fab. Well my DH is going to get tested this month just to be sure that everything is ok with him. So here's to next month of trying.
Well this evening is not looking too good for me. I had some light brown spotting on the TP about 6pm and again about 7pm. Nothing since but I think I could be on a slow start this month. I really don't think it's implantation bleeding as today I'm 16dpo. Well we'll see in the morning. If not... Well, I'm up for a Christmas baby.. lol. My husband is loving the trying..
Yeah I'm feeling the same way...I took another this morning and a big fat NO. The disappointment will just keep getting worse so I am trying to see if I can get myself to wait a few days to take another one. I know exactly what you mean! And thank you :) maybe we will both figure this out very very soon.....baby dust though.
Well now on 16 dpo and temp. is still 36.8 (over coverline). Still convinced that AF is about to come. Had really bad pains in lower abdominal this am. Think it was gas....lol. Didnt do a test this a.m. Wow my self control is improving. Just don't wanna see a negative again. Gonna ring my doc. in a little to see what he says. Will keep you posted. Trying to keep my hopes down to avoid disappointment. Worst thing is that I have the ability to read angel cards and they are telling me that I am and my friend is a Reiki master and she really thinks that I am to. It's just me that doesn't .... lol. Or maybe it's my subconcious that doesn't to protect me from disappointment. Now, I'm getting deep...lol. Will keep u posted... and pls Mrs_D19,,,, I'm hoping for you 2.
Keeping a positive attitude! :) That's great! So I tested today which should be four days before my AF arrives but still cannot be so sure because of stopping the BCP I was on ahh!! It came up negative and I am getting more and more convinced that that these expensive tests I am buying are worse than going out and getting the cheap ones lol ***** to be me! But AF is supposed to arrive in Tuesday...we shall see though (or if it even does..hopefully). Maybe it won't come :) But good luck!!
wow they sound fab. Soon they'll be making them so they can tell you the sex of the baby..lol. Well defo. if no luck this time, I'll be buying them on the net. Cheers for that. Will keep you posted on what happens here.. Starting to feel a little positive again after evthing4reason said that she was 4 days late and then got a positive test. We'll see. If no luck this time,,,,, well it's great fun trying.
Some one posted a while back about the new clear blue test. They are awesome! It tells you how many weeks you are. Very cool. You can order them off ebay too and they can be mailed to you. Good Luck, Anita
thanks for the info.girls... I've just realised how dizzy I am today and posted this question twice...lol. What am I like? Don't think the doc will come back with positive or negative, think he will come back with "needs rehabilitation". I've also decided to rename the Luteal phase to the lunatic phase.
I've been using cheapie tests that I got over the net. They're called "one step urine pregnancy tests" and I got them from Australia. I've read that the dollar tree tests are great but I live in Greece so I don't know the good brands here. Went out yesterday and got a "predictor" test. Pharmacist said that it was very good but I still got negative. Was trying to see how sensitive they were but couldn't find it on the box anywhere and couldn't find it on the net either. Most of it is in greek...tough language to learn. Anyway, think I'll wait till Sat and test again if my temp.is still up and if nothing by mon, I'll make an appointment with the doc. i got my bfp after i was 4 days late (27 or 28 day cycle) i knew i had to be pregnant though because i was extremely dizzy as i had been with my first bfp
It sounds like you may be sick or getting sick. Being that you have diarrhea it sound like a stomach virus. That can cause your period to be late. Pregnancy test measure the amount of hormones in you union. Some woman take longer to get a BFP. Try getting some Dollar Tree test. They work and they are cheap. You could test more often with those. Eat banana's... it will stop the diarrhea. Drink lots of water. You can make a dr's appointment and they will do a blood test. Or you can go to your local health unit. Good luck hun, Anita
