I had a tooth extraction @7weeks and didn't know I was pregnant

So 4days ago my mom set up an appointment for me at the dentist to have 2 of my tooths extracted. Right after the procedure my mom told me to eat lunch with her, and we did. What happened afterwards was really bad cause I really felt cold and was shivering even though it's pretty hot outside and I fainted. So I just took a pregnancy test today and found out that I was pregnant. Sad story is... my mom doesn't know yet cause I'm afraid she's gonna hit me with words and physically. This is my 2nd baby my 1st just turned 1year old last April 15th. Now the question here is I'm really worried what will happen to my baby cause when I asked the local lying in clinic here in my neighborhood they said that my baby will have abnormalities. What should I do? Please help me.

I'm from the Philippines, and I just rent a room with my boyfriend. I'm still 19years old and just work part time as a dishwasher. My partner has a part time job as an event decorator. Yes I will go back to the dentist this Monday informing him that I didn't know I was pregnant when he extracted my tooth. I really hope the baby will be okay. I'm just so worried and guilty that I wasn't careful... cause my neighbor her kid couldn't walk and talk cause she had her tooth pulled when she was pregnant. Let's hope for the best. Thanks for giving your time on replying. If I get to save up I will have a proper appointment with an obgyne.
