I guess lol my little man moves all the time and when he quits that's when the knot forms like that's where he's sleeping it doesn't hurt or anything its just an odd feeling.

Exactly what happens with me :) baby moves around & then a knot forms. I guess they move round til they find a comfy spot & stay put for a bit!

This is my second I was pregnant with my daughter at 15 and now 18 pregnant with my baby boy but with my daughter I never had this so I was alittle curious when it started happening but I feel my son kick and move all the time then it just turns into a knot

Honestly i thought the same thing! Are you a first time mom? I am & i thought maybe it could be a full bladder or backed up poop, lol but nope! When i asked, i was told baby moves around quite a bit cause of the amount of room it has to swim :)
So unless it's extremely painful, I'm going to guess you're baby is swimmin round in there ;)
