Just wondering, im 16 and young to be pregnant yes I know but my bf is 17 turning 18. Is that considered rape if someone where to take it to court? I live in tx. Fyi lol

Nope , you were together before he was 18 and besides if the age difference is over 3 1/2 years it becomes statuatory rape or something like that
