I HAD THE SAME ISSUE... I BLEED LIKE ONE DAY EVERY 2 WEEKS IN THE BEGINNING OF MY FIRST PREGNANCY. I ALWAYS WENT TO THE ER THEY DID ULTRASOUNDS AND SAID THE BABY WAS GOOD I NEVER CRAMPED WHILE I BLED THE DR SAID ITS FINE SOME WOMAN GO THREW IT.SOMETIMES IT WAS A HEAVY BLEED. SOMETIMES REAL LIGHT. BUT I GAVE BIRTH TO A 8LBS BABY. IM SURE YOUR OK IF YOUR NOT CRAMPING. BUT BEST OF LUCK AND PRAYERS TO YOU AND YOUR BABY.

If you had to pee, more than likely once you stood up, the baby + other organ's put pressure on your blatter and,  well you peed. It happeneds. But when in doubt ask your OB / midwife.
