Could ultrasound be off?

Hi ladies! I'm just wondering can ultrasounds be off by 3 weeks or more? Only reason as to why I'm curious is my LMP was 12/24 and I spotted for like 2 days then had what I believed to be a period. I've never spotted before and it was before I conceived I believe so I was confused. I'm about 16 weeks & 2 days today and I'm also wondering if my LMP was a real period. It's the LMP I have my doc & I'm wondering if the date I have my doc is correct?? My first ultrasound on Feb 20 the baby measured about 7 weeks & 4 days and my last ultrasound on March 11 the baby measured about 11 weeks & 3 days. Just curious if the ultrasound could be wrong due to the spotting before my LMP. Thanks!!

Ultrasounds aren't 100% accurate, they take measurements from various part and estimate, but 3 weeks off would be a little much I think, you should ask your dr about it if you haven't already, or even the nurse
