I wondered the same thing last week for mine cos ive seen ladies say that had to fast, i called my doctor to make sure and was told i can eat/drink, just nothing high in sugar. Then once i had drank the drink I asked if it was ok to have some water & she said no haha

Be careful what you eat, if you fail you have to do a 3hr test and no food before or during that one

I would think something small like toast and an egg would be fine just stay away from anything with sugar. Unless you are doing the 3 hour test then I think you can't eat.

I think you have to fast for 3 hours or something like that.  It should say it on your paperwork.
