20 dpo (norm. 13)-temps going back up and no AF!?!

I've been testing- I get faint positives or complete BFNs.  My period is a week late as of today and I had a temp dip on 15 dpo- now being 20 dpo, my temps are over the coverline once again.  Could I have implanted on 15 dpo and having low HCG levels?  I'm NEVER late!!  When I am late, I'm Pregnant!  I'm so nervous, can't believe that whatever is happening, that I'm waiting this long.
I've been cramping for 3 weeks now, tender breasts, very exhausted, mood swings, nauseated, constipated, lower back pain and my skin has been breaking out since 2 weeks ago.

Do any of you know anyone that has been in my situation and was actually pregnant??

Thanks you- Brandi

Yes!  Its killing me too...lol  I'm getting tests in the mail today-stick of getting different results with all different tests.  My 1 year checkup was supposed to be this month, but when I called yesterday, it was set for August 4th??  So confused...was kinda hoping to have that appointment this month and its going to have to be...hehe

Thanks for your help and I'll update if anything happens either a BFP or AF.....  Don't feel like AF is coming though *Crossing fingers*

I would just go to the doctor and have a blood test done.  The waiting and uncertainty would kill me.  Good luck.
