I'm just as far as you, and have gained just as much. You are going to be just fine momma. Just eat a little healthier and get some extra exercise in. That's how my Dr put it

I do what my doctor told me to do which is each time you feel hungry eat.dont starve yourself or the baby. I meen if you only eat when your hungry then oh well if you gain the extra weight because you have to keep you and the baby healthy

Don't ever starve yourself sweetheart. Women have been doing this for centuries, right? They've gained all sorts of weight I know a couple of women who gained 100lbs while pregnant, absolutely not advised, but they and their babies were fine. Just slow down, think before you eat, add a little exercise to your routine. Any extra physical activity you get in a day is exercise so even if you walk 10 minutes from your front door and back that is exercise. Don't let your OB freak you out, and maybe ask him/her how they could be more supportive in your situation instead of just telling you you're bad. Good luck!
