Drink a glass of plum smart every other day. It will help. I did this and it got everything straightened back out. Not tok bad tasting just a little tart. You should be able to go to the bathroom within 30 mins to 1 hr after taking it.

U should consult your doctor before taking anything. What's safe for one person may not be safe for you. All you have to do is call.
