Pregnancy scare

Hello I'm 20wks and 3days pregnant. On wenesday I went for an anatomy ultrasound doctors said everything went well and baby is good and perfect where it should be. After an hour I went to the bathroom and notice some spotting very light pink and the after another hour I went to the bathroom and it stopped. I then went to the bathroom 5-6 hrs later and noticed I was spotting again but it stopped next day then last night I had intercourse with my fiancé and started to spot again after I wiped myself but his morning it stopped  Was it the pressure of the ultrasound, the excitment? I'm a bit worried but should I be? I don't want to rush to the hospital if its no worry doc said baby is good and healthy!!!

Any and all bleeding or spotting during pregnancy should checked during pregnancy. While it is common especially in the first tri it doesn't always mean everything is ok or that something is always wrong. I would ask if the bleeding after intercouse was due to the cervical irritation (blood vessels on the cervix can cause some bleeding/spotting) your doctor may want to do another ultrasound just to make sure everything is ok. In the meantime stay off your feet and drink plenty of fluids. I had spotting and bleeding the 1st and some of the 2nd tri. This was the advice I was give by my doctors.
