Please help!

I have been feeling nauseous, extremely tired, urninating even more than usual, bad headaches, and just started to have diarrhea today, I have a hard time getting confortable when trying to sleep also. I had a period last week, but it went for 3 days and then stopped and started again the next day, but that was only spotting, my boyfriend has even been getting the headaches at the same time as me ( which he never gets headaches) and he has even felt a little nauseous, this has been going on for 7 days now, I have taken to pregnancy tests and that have both came out positive, I have two kids already and I felt most of these symptoms when I was pregnant with them, but not as much as I do now, does this mean I could still be pregnant? Possibly with twins? If you would be able to help that would be great.

Well, I found out yesterday, that I am pregnant, I am very excited, but kind of nervous at the same time, I am 21, and I already have a 3 year old and a 1 year, this baby will be born around my 1 year olds 2nd birthday, Not sure of the due date or anything yet.

There are some cases where tests are done too early, but if you're feeling symptoms due to pregnancy then generally no. It means the hormone is more than high enough in your body to show accurately--provided you tested as you should. The best tests to use are First Response and to take it with first morning urine. If you're early in pregnancy and test late at night, your chances of it being inaccurate are higher due to your urine being diluted.

But isnt it true that the test can be wrong, or it was just to early to take them?

Ah. If the symptoms were due to pregnancy then, it stands to reason the test would show positive.

Some might notice stronger symptoms, but I've known a few women pregnant with twins and have never noticed them any stronger or different than a singleton pregnancy. It's just a matter of how your own body handles the hormones.

Sorry, was in a hurry to type this all up, I meant to say negative, not positive, and I read about symptoms with twins are a little different, because you are even more tired than normal, and you have headaches none stop, so I wasn't sure on that.

If your test shows positive, you would have no reason to doubt it. Symptoms however do not mean twins. All pregnancies are different, as well as the severity of symptoms. Only ultrasound can confirm that.

if the test says ur pregnant then u most probably are. as for the twins its too early to know. even ur HCG blood test won't b a strong indicator. u need to wait till ur scan and c what uv got in there!

congrats!
