I'm 35 weeks and me and my boyfriend had sex and afterwards I noticed a little blood what does that mean?

Its completely normal. It just means your cervix is thinning and getting ready for labor. (:

Its very common to bleed after intercourse. It's nothing if it goes on for a Long time and is heavy then call your Dr or go to the er  but usually its just a Lil spotting and you'll be fine :)
