Don't eat lunch meat, whether your pregnant or not. It contains nitrates, specifically sodium nitrate. If you consume 3.5 ounces of lunch meat per day your chances of cancer are increased by 35%. You can look for lunch meat without nitrates but if it has certain powders in it they contain nitrates as well.
