Can anyone tell me of anything that worked for them to induce labour I am 4 days over and really fed up! I want my little man here so bad! :(

Idk if these work I've never tried but other things that u could try is half cup of milk and OJ, also eat 1 pineapple 1 banana and 3 kiwis.. Might be just an old wives tell but I've heard they help. Hope your little one decides to come soon! :)

I've done all of that and had a sweep yesterday. My baby boy is still just chillin. I had contractions, painful ones, for 5 hours straight last night. Woke up and they are almost non existent.

I'm not sure if this will help or not, but I've heard spicy food, sex, bouncing on a yoga ball, and walking.
