4 weeks.

Can my stomach start too feel tight at this moment ? And I get nausea and back pains.. Is that normal ? And is it normal too have like a sorta mentrual period after conception..

I am just as far along as you and I have already got the bloating soar back and having to rush to the bathroom every five minutes so I know how ur feeling I asked a friend who is a ob nurse and she said some women get these signs sometimes two weeks before there missed period

There is a lot of bloating during the beginning stages of pregnancy for many women. That could be that tight feeling you are experiencing. As for nausea and back pains, it is normal. Expect that and more for the next 36 weeks plus. :) Some women bleed during their entire pregnancy. Bleeding during the first trimester is more common. The time to be a bit nervous about it is if it is combined with cramping, and/or you are bleeding enough to fill an entire pad an hour. Make sure not to use tampons during pregnancy. When it doubt, do not feel bad about calling into your doctors office and talking to the staff nurse. They are great, especially for first time mom's. I don't think I would have been sane without mine. :)
