Five days late is almost always plenty of time to getan accurate result on an at-home test - they have a 99% accuracy rate from the date of your expected period. If you're still testing negative you're probably not pregnant but it's possible you still just have very low hormone levels for some reason. I'd call your doctor to find out if there's some other reason you might be so late on your cycle.
@StevieAnnLee - Oh my God. Don't be so rude. That's completely unnecessary for a perfectly valid question. Obviously you don't know how home pregnancy tests work judging by your response so perhaps you're not as well informed as you think you are.
Oh my God. Look there is no way for any of us to tell you if you're pregnant or not. Try actually waiting a good amount of time before pisssing on a stick. Not right away. Or better yet call your doctor.
We are the same... together we wait dear! Good luck..
Wait a lil longer , i took mine at like 5 days late too & it was negative waited like a week & came back positive
