perrier water during pregnancy?
I had some and went to read online saying it's bad and can cause birth defects. Is it real ? Anyone still drinks it ? I love the lime one
According to some websites, Perrier brand sparkling water is loaded with nitrates and is in the same category as lunch meat for being kind of a no-no for pregnant moms.
Well the only thing I could think would be the co2 for the fizz, but pop has the same thing so it should be fine!
They say it's a substance nitrate something like that! But that's what I though it's just water ...
