Along with all the items listed above, I always take plastic bags with me. Babies are always pooping and throwing up on their clothes lol. It's nice to just wad them up and deal with it quick and painless. I pack a thermometer, teething gel/toys, nose sucker, and extra socks too.
If your bf a nursing cover and boob pads, or 2 bottles with formula...definitely an extra outfit, pacifier...thats the basics. I liked to throw in a ottle of water and snack for me as bf made me hungry and thirsty a lot. Also some extra pads and tylenol for the first few weeks after baby was born if i was gonna be out all day.

If ur bottle feeding at least two. With formula. Extra set of clothes for baby. And maybe a extra shirt for u... just in case. Burp cloth. Pasifirer if baby uses it. Maybe a toy. hand sanatizer. Lol uhh tryin think what else. Just be prepare for everything lol
bibs, bottles, formula, changes of clothes (for spills and accidents), extra binki (if you choose to use them), babys favorite toy and an extra blanket.
