8wk Ultrasound Update

Hi girls just thought id post that i went and had my 8wk scan today was great apart from the bladder holding bit haha,
heart beat is 173bpm and all is well with ONE baby :) (we thought was twins )
do you beleive in the wives tale of over 170 bpm its a girl?  anyone had any proof??
also they reckon im 8wks 5 days and i say im spot on 8wks today im very regular and know my dates, what is more correct scan or dates?

No proof for me on the HB predicting Girl or boy. Early in pregnancy it's common for the baby to have a high HB and then for it to slow down the further  on you get until it comes to rest around 130-150's

I knew with TJ I was due Sep. 13, but they tried telling me during that first 4 months that I wasn't due til Sep. 21 due to him measuring small....

Turned out I was right and they corrected my EDD around my 23w appointment

Scan is more correct however can be off up to 5 days. They shouldnt change ur due date due to being off 5 days. My baby in the beginning was 5 days behind, they wouldnt change my due date. My baby has almost caught up. if not already.
