A new life
hello everyone I had my son oct.27th sat. Nite at 9:09pm. My son was born via emergency csection and he wasnt breathing. They performed cpr and by the grace of God revived him n was put on a ventilator. He has fluid n his lungs and is in NICU.plz keep my son benjamin in ur prayers as he is fighting for his life. Remember ladies love ur body while pregnant c a doctor n take care. I had a healthy pregnancy n a good labor and my whole world crashed n mins. Thnk u.

I'm sure every thing will be ok love he is a little fighter we are hear for support if you need to vent rant or for help we will help the best we can but he will be in are hearts and prays he will fight though it love.. Hugs your beautiful baby will be better in no time he is in good hands xxxxx

Thnk u for all ur support and comments. By far the most difficult situation to b in. your stories warmed my heart. My son is off the ventilator n breathing well with just a lil oxygen. Hes on antibotics for premature pnemonia but tht is treatable. Hes eating n is awake n alert! Your successful stories keep my thoughts and feelings hopeful. Plz coutine to keep my sons lil heart in ur thoughts n prayers. Thank u

Best of wishes to you and your new son! Your thread caught my eye because I had a very similar experience with my first son's birth. Emergency C-section because he had aspirated some bowel movement, wasn't breathing when he was born, had an unknown infection... it looked bad. But thanks to modern medicine and competent physicians, and a little extra time (7 days) in NICU, he pulled through. After that, he was a very healthy child... and he is now a strong 23 years old! I will certainly be thinking of you during this stressful time, and hope you come back to let us know how he's doing.

Congrats on your baby. My daughter was born via emergency c section also, and she was premature. At a month old she was sent home, and while sleeping in her crib turned purple and wasn't breathing (she had acid reflex that the doctors were not aware of and she choked) the ambulance came, they revived her and took her back to the hospital. It was horrible and I still cry thinking about it. She will be 3 in match and she is a beautiful and smart girl. I have faith you and your baby will be ok. You are all in my prayers.

oh i forgot to mention i had my son the same day as your baby birth dated i had an emergency c-section too my boy was transverse and had the umbilical cord around his neck 3 times he wasnt breathing well they took him to the nicu i didnt see my baby his first 3 days of his life cause i coundt go to the nicu so the date you gave birth i was celebrating his first year i know you will celebrate his first year just like i did cause everything will be just fine just trust God :)

he will b ok just b there for him an remember talk to him an do all you can. i hope your recovery goes well........ my daughter chloe is three. she was born same way an had failure to thrive she spent two weeks in the nicu her daddy an i spen as much time as possibe with her an now shes healthy an happy... i have faith he will b ok. message me if you need to tlk to someone.... :)
